Parent & Me Movers Yoga
Parent & Me Movers Yoga is the perfect way to introduce yoga to your little one! We will playfully explore yoga poses & practice fun breathing techniques, allowing your child to be as involved as they want. Prepare to be silly, move your body, and laugh with your child, as they learn yoga from the best teacher - you! *For babies crawling through 3 years.
Combining Ballet, Yoga and Pilates moves, Barre is the perfect workout for pre/postnatal mamas. Get an intense workout while working every body part using lightweights and body weight for resistance. *Pre-crawlers are welcome to attend with mom! Bring a blanket so baby can hang out on the floor, bring a bouncy seat or keep baby in their carseat. You can also wear baby in a structured carrier for a great workout!
In a flow yoga class you can expect poses that both challenge and relax you. Linking breath and movement is the foundation of flow and will help with increasing strength, balance, and flexibility. This class is designed for all levels and is perfect for both pre/postnatal mamas. *Childcare is available for your little one during this class.
bABY mAMA bOOTCAMP
Baby Mama Body Bootcamp will take your pre and postnatal fitness to the next level. This class will combine light weights with traditional and nontraditional workout moves to increase stamina and work towards your goals of a fit bump or body after baby! This class is led by Brooke Bolek, a Certified Pre and Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist. Baby Mama Body Bootcamp will apply techniques that can relieve pregnancy pains, gain muscle, tone the body and get you ready for everything pregnancy and motherhood throws at you!
mOMMY & mE fIT
This moderate paced class is open to expectant and babywearing moms! This is a time based class focusing on full body moves, core stability and everyday functionality. A great way to prepare for labor & delivery, getting back in shape (healthy recovery) and promoting bonding with baby! *Pre-crawlers are also welcome to hang out with mom during class if you choose not to wear baby. A blanket/floor mat or infant seat is recommended.
Hey Mamas, ready to feel the burn!? Get ready to sweat with 60 min of Dance inspired HIIT (high intensity interval training)! This upbeat class incorporates small weights and total body moves that will have your post baby body feeling fabulous in no time! Let's move, sweat and have some fun in this high-energy cardio class!!
This fun class uses silly poses, group work and fun music to help children gain coordination, focus, listening skills and confidence. Let them unwind and stretch their little bodies while you take a break! Parents are encouraged to let their children enjoy this class on their own. Class is designed for ages 3+
